CUSTOMERS SERVICE 

It is the service provided by a company to interact with customers. It is a set of interrelated activities offered by a supplier in order that the customer gets the product at the time and place and proper use of the same is ensured. It is a marketing tool that can be very effective in an organization if used properly, for it must follow certain institutional policies.
Customer service management is performed by each person working in a company and have the opportunity to stay in touch with customers and generate them some level of satisfaction. It is "a concept of work" and "a way of doing things" that concerns the whole organization, in the form of service customers (who buy us and allow us to be viable) and how to address to Internal Customers, various areas of our own company.
