Personal Contributions to the Human Resource Management In The Future

The Human Talent  management is one of the business fields that have had major changes in recent years: from an office paperwork to meet the practices of personnel administration, went on to become a key area to achieve organizational goals and building of sustained competitive advantage (Beer, 1997). This evolution has led to greater demands on these units and forced to modernize their structures, roles and practices in order to become generate value for their companies (Boston Consulting Group, 2008)

In Colombia has investigated this situation in part (Calderon, 2006; Calderon, Naranjo and Alvarez, 2008; Saldarriaga, 2008, among others), but no comprehensive study showing what state are
HR departments, practices and strategic activities; how much has changed his address; how they relate to management and other departments; what are the new challenges they face, and what changes they perceive in relation to the conception of human management.

The human talent Modern  transcends own management processes and personnel management has become a function
charge of the government of the people, the organization of work, management of labor relations, management of human resources practices and understanding of labor markets, which point holistically to meet organizational objectives by supporting the business and people development strategies. This implies a policy address of persons to be made, appropriate and empowered, which commits all management areas with dependents, where the area of human resources is at the heart of the role, becoming the strategic partner for management and employees spokesman.

Personally I consider my contribution to a future Human talent is positive, I will  put at the disposal at the place where I will  work  all the knowledge I gained in my training, something very positive for me too

In both cases, the relationship that exists between individuals than the way genetic transfer and involves some degree of communication and cooperation, at a higher level (when persistent and generational transmission of knowledge and behaviors produced by learning) can described as culture.

Society is composed of all the people who make, workers, students, families, children, youth, adults, the elderly etc

Companies also are part of society and have a great impact on society in economic and social as companies employ people, talent management hits social workers seeking the welfare of the people working and managing staff and providing a welfare worker not only for his family but to contributing in the economic, social and personal development of each particular person.

Replies to market. The way the country approach the challenges of the global economy will be determined by the performance of their public and private organizations. Ultimately the wealth and welfare of each society depend on its human resources, which in all cases operates within organizations.

Occupational Health

It is the set of activities associated with various disciplines, aimed at promoting and maintaining the highest possible level of physical, mental and social well-being of workers in all occupations by promoting the adaptation of work to man and man to work.

The term occupational health is directly related to the English term occupational health, which has also been translated as occupational health or occupational health, the latter deriving from translation homology with occupational medicine, as can be seen by comparing the English versions and Spanish Encyclopedia of health and safety at work.

In 1986, the meeting of experts from the Region of the Americas, organized by the Pan American Health Organization, used the following definition: "It is the body of scientific knowledge and techniques to promote, protect and maintain the health and welfare of the working population, through measures aimed at worker conditions and working environment and the community, through the identification, assessment and control of the conditions and factors that affect health and promoting actions that favor. "Then adding "The development of occupational health should be achieved with the participation and cooperation of workers, employers, government sectors, institutions and associations involved. To design and implement interdisciplinary cooperation and the establishment of a team, which has to be part of the medical workers is necessary "

Occupational health aims to prevent occupational diseases, protect workers from health risks present in the workplace where they work, and establish conditions suited to environmental conditions and physical and psychological capabilities of workers.

In this context 3 Specific objectives are defined:

Maintaining and promoting the health and working capacity of employees.
Improve working conditions to promote the health and safety of workers.
Develop organizational cultures and systems that promote health and safety at work, promoting a positive organizational climate, greater efficiency and optimizing business productivity
