SALARY MANAGEMENT 


Wages are one of the most important factors in the economic and social life of the whole community. Workers and their families depend almost entirely on the salary for food, clothing, pay rent for the house in which they live and meet all their other needs.
In industry, wages are an important part of the production costs of employers.
The governments are very interested in them because wage rates impact on the social environment of the country and in important aspects of the economy such as employment, prices and inflation, national productivity and the ability to export goods in sufficient quantity to pay imports and thus maintain the balance of the balance of payments. It is logical that the unions and their members deal that wages are high, so that workers can better meet their essential needs.
High salaries also have significant benefits for the economy as a whole, because firstly, ensure a strong demand for goods and services, and also stimulate increased productivity. While the ideal is that wages are high enough to boost demand for goods and services when they are too high excess production capacity, and the result is inflation










Compensation (wages, salaries, benefits) is the gratification that employees receive in exchange for their labor. The administration of the personnel department ensures employee satisfaction, which in turn helps the organization to obtain, maintain and retain a productive workforce.
The results of dissatisfaction can affect the productivity of the organization and lead to a deterioration in the quality of the work environment. In severe cases, the desire for better compensation may decrease performance, increase the level of complaints or lead employees to seek a different job. An inadequate level of compensation also leads to difficulties, feelings of anxiety and distrust by the employee and loss of profitability and competitiveness of the organization.
